I have had the privilege to work at IowaWatch – The Center for Public Affairs Journalism, for over a year now, and would like to share with you a great opportunity.

For those wondering, IowaWatch is an independent, nonprofit, and nonpartisan news service. Our mission is to produce and encourage explanatory and investigative journalism while educating journalism students around the state of Iowa.

We do not pick sides and are not influenced by outside organizations. We simply investigate and report the facts for all important news in Iowa.

Although I am not a reporter, this organization has given me experience in my field of strategic communication as Director of Marketing and Public Relations.

IowaWatch urges you to contribute a tax-deductible donation for a nonprofit organization that makes a difference for students and people around the state of Iowa. Act now and the Knight Foundation will match your donation dollar for dollar up to $1,000. This match drive ends next Thursday, Jan. 19, giving you one only more week to make your donation.

Learn more about our organization and consider donating today.

We appreciate your support.
