Catholic group funnels millions to National Organization for Marriage

The Iowa Independent, a non-profit news organization, is reporting today that, the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal society founded in New Haven in 1881, has funneled more than $1.4 million to the National Organization for Marriage, which has spent $235,000 in Iowa on an ad campaign to oust three Iowa Supreme Court justices who participated in a majority ruling that legalized same-same sex marriage.
